Greens are the life-giving source of our planet. Look around you...the majority of our planet is green. Greens have the ability to give you glowing skin, shiny hair and a very healthy body, not to mention improve your vision, increase immunity and supply much needed vitamins and minerals. They are nature's super food, conveniently placed where any human has full access...greens are our TRUE super foods, not some exotic plant from halfway around the world. They are power-packed with proteins that are easily digestible by our bodies, unlike animal proteins which actually break down our organs with acids such as phytanic acid. Chlorophyll molecules in plants are very close in structure to that of human blood. It makes no sense than, why we would try to get our protein "second-hand" when the animals get all their protein from greens and then we go and eat their meat and milk thinking it's giving us beneficial protein!! Why not just get it in the pure natural state that the animal got it from in the first place? Chlorophyll is essential in assimilating calcium and other heavy minerals needed by the body. Greens are also highly alkalizing, which in in turn prevents all kinds of disease and illness. Diseases can ONLY thrive in acidic environments , so if your body is acid, your immunity is lower. Keep in mind though that there is a difference between detoxing (your body ridding itself of toxins) and actual sickness.
